I mean lets face it, as long as there is life in the world there can never be peace and free will at the same time there will always be conflicte and thuse there will always be war ...yes there might be intervals where there is *peace* but it is only an allusion for behind the sense there will be secret agents infiltrating other governments, governments looking for ways to bring down other governments,etc the list gos on and on and on
