On the subject of my book. I have come to the conclusion that it is moving along to fast not leaving enough filler to make it a good story. there for I am going to go back and make it so Syn does not get her dragon powers all at once but rather she gains ability's a little at a time... and she will NOT be turning into a dragon until around ..... well .... not this book anyways... maybe book 2 or 3..

I like how the kind of 'Z banner' looks 3D-ish, but I think the first one would look better if you moved the 'Z banner' down a bit, because the black shadow at the top means you don't get to see how the background blends in with your avatar/icon thing. That's why I like the second one, seeing how the stripes line up with the avatar, but I also think the second one is too plain since it's just stripes, really.

So I guess I prefer the first one. On my resolution I can only see as far as 6 stripes out on your background, though, so the left end of the Z would be cut off for me unless I zoom out. Not really a big deal, I think most people probably have larger resolutions now.

How does it look now? Do you think I should change the banner to something other than stripes?

Nah, I like it like that. Maybe you could experiment with making the banner part a slightly brighter shade, to make it pop out more?

I did make it a slightly brighter shade. O.o

Oh yeah. Well it wasn't that noticeable. You could try colour balancing it or something to a slightly lime kind of shade of green.

Because I like making my profiles look nice in case I ever want to start using them.

I would, but I can't. When I try to register it says the value I entered was too short, except nothing I entered was too short, so I don't know what it's talking about. And I'm guessing you can only see the forum threads/sections/boards/stuff when you're logged in, because it says "this board has no forums" on the board index. It'll make unregistered visitors think there are no forums. Unless they're not hidden and there actually aren't any...

I'm afraid I have no valuable input anyway. I may however have invaluable input!! Harhh!!

Also, some buttons on this site have lost their images for me, like the 'Post Reply' button. Maybe it's just me with all these problems, I don't know, unless Zalias moved his Photobucket stuff around or something.

Edit: As a test, I deliberately tried to register with a username and password that were too short, and it told me the username, password and password confirmation were too short, like it should, but still said 'the value you entered is too short', so it's talking about something else, like a hidden value or something?

humm... oh I see what the problem is. Please try to make an account again. The forums were down for maintenance.... that's actually just a fancy way of me saying... we had to redo the forums entirely last night because somethings weren't working correctly.

Rest assured that the forums are up and running permanently now.

Well, I registered. I'm not exactly sure why you wanted me to, but I did.

And I've been okay. Not as busy as I used to be since I haven't been making videos. For some reason, I've still been picking up the odd subscriber here and there, who obviously don't pay attention to when I last uploaded a video. It makes me both want to and not want to start making videos again, not want to because I'm pretty certain 75% of the people subscribed are only interested in the dumb visual novel videos. All I do is read text in them in idiotic voices. I don't understand it, and I've honestly come to dislike those videos somewhat.

Well, you DON'T have to make videos of yourself playing visual novels. Since when do you let what other people think affect you? Did you say you started making videos for yourself?

Guess what! I've been playing around with GIMP more! I'm getting really good at making things now.

I've been okay. A little depressed, but okay.

I won a code for a $9.99 game. I picked a game called Planescape Torment, which seems pretty good so far. Lots and lots of dialogue, it's almost like reading a book except you choose what to say.

Is the slight depression linked to why you've been inactive?
